General questions
The construction entreprenures carrying out public construction workd are
classified according to their qualifications.

| 2. | It has to be certified by a mechanical engineer who has possessed educational qualifications of at least graduation in mechanical engineer and obtained membership of Nepal Engineers Association that the above-mentioned machines and equipment are in proper condition. |
| 3. | The mentioned machines and equipment shall not be sold and disposed of until at least Two yeas from the date of their registration. |
| 4. | Any machines and equipment which are more than Fifteen years old shall not be recognized for purposes of enhancing the standard of, and new registration of, the construction entrepreneur. |

License expires at the end of the fiscal year. One should renew license within
three months of the expiration date/ If failed to renew within the time limit ,
shall make application for renewal within 6 months with additional fees.
